EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread.
Our production time is approximately 1 – 2 weeks for embroidery, depending on stock availability. Please contact us for pricing on embroidery with multiple logos/positions.
There is a once off set up fee for new logo’s which won't be charged on repeat orders.

SCREEN PRINTING​
Screen printing, also known as serigraphy, is a method of creating an image on paper, fabric or some other object by pressing ink through a screen with areas blocked off by a stencil.
Our production time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks for screen printing. We have a minimum quantity of 20 but we can always offer another alternative such as the Heat Press method for smaller runs.
A white ‘base print’ is required when screen printing onto coloured garments and counts as an additional colour. Only white garments DO NOT require a base print. A base print works like an “undercoat” and is essential to achieve the correct colours in your logo. A white print on coloured garments also requires a base print.

HEAT PRESS​
A heat press is a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a pre-set period of time.
Recommended On: Singlets + High quality cotton t-shirts + Cotton rich hoodies + sweatshirts
Advantages: Low set-up cost (no screens required), print is soft to touch, complex designs can be achieved
Disadvantage: Logo created by Heat press normally don't last as long as screen printing.

DYE SUBLIMATION​
A dye-sublimation printer is a computer printer which uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. A great way to create something really unique to your business.
Our production time is approximately 4 – 8 weeks for dye sublimation. We have a minimum quantity of 20 to be cost effective. We can custom design anything that you can imagine!!
