Returns & Exchange Policy
Please check the order when it's delivered and please notify the discrepancy or submit return/exchange request within 7 days. You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the items to be returned are in the original packaging with the original tags to avoid 15% re-stocking or re-packaging fee from the garment supplier. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), if the exchange/return is as a result of change of mind or order error, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
Return authority:
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly to issue a return authority number with instructions for how to return items from your order. Return/exchange request must be lodged with Brand and Apparel Australia within 7 days from the date the order is delivered and return shipping must be organised within 7 days from the return of authority number is issued. Return/exchange request might be rejected as a result if the requirements listed above are not followed.
Shipping:
A flat shipping rate of $15 (excluding GST) apply to all orders under $600. Free shipping for order value over $600 to one shipping address.
Order Leadtime:
Plain garment: 1-2 weeks depending on brands
Embroidery: 1-2 weeks
Screen printing: 2-3 weeks
